Toyota Production System (TPS) stands for the highest quality goals, elimination of wastes from production processes, and focuses

on reducing costs to ensure the lowest cost and efficiency from production to delivery. Zero Stock is the most important.

TPS project will be divided into 4 steps:

1. Worksite Control is able to improve working conditions by safe visual control.

2. Continuous Flow is the one of the three fundamentals of in-time production system.

3. Standardized Work is a production system related with the employee’s performance to increase work flow efficiency.

4. Pull System refers to a manufacturing system which a process takes the required work piece in time and quantity needed from the previous process.
